Records Management & Corporate Compliance
The next meeting of the Greater Cincinnati ARMA Chapter will be on Tuesday, December 8, 2009.
Randy Moeller, RM Governance Manager at P&G, will be speaking on Records Management & Corporate Compliance. He will discuss Procter &Gamble’s positioning the use of the retention schedule as a compliance issue and their alignment with other company compliance (Ethics, Info Security, Privacy, etc.) groups.
Randy Moeller has been a records management professional at the corporate level for over 25 years, joining P&G in 2000. He is the owner of their global retention schedule and designer of its web based application delivery tool, accessible by all employees. He led the incorporation of a retention schedule section in P&G’s Business Conduct Manual training, New Hire Training and Internal Control audits. A member of ARMA International and AIIM, he has been a speaker at the international and chapter level.
The meeting will be held at the Cincinnati Insurance Companies, 6200 South Gilmore Road, Cincinnati, OH. It includes lunch and starts at 11:30 a.m. The charge is $15 for members, $20 for non-members. DIRECTIONS: From I-71 and from I-75 - Take exit for I-275 westbound to exit 39, Fairfield/Forest Park. Bass Pro Shop is in the mall on the right side. Pass the mall to signal light. Cincinnati Insurance is the tallest building on the same side as the mall. The sign in front of the building reads Cincinnati Financial Corporation. Visitor parking is in front of the building.
