Take Control of Your Data: Consolidation & Migration Strategies
The next meeting of the Greater Cincinnati ARMA Chapter will be on Tuesday, May 11, 2010.
Thomas Fredricks, Director Data Conversions/Migrations, Cintas Document Management will be our May speaker and will present a discussion titled: Take Control of Your Data: Consolidation & Migration Strategies.
Content within Document Management repositories are an invaluable and competitive asset that needs to be proactively managed within an organization. Mission critical business decisions are reliant upon access to accurate information. Many organizations have a desire to consolidate “like” platforms; realizing reductions in TCO, improved service levels and streamlining resource manageability. This session will describe Best Practices of the services performed by Cintas supporting an adaptive consolidation and migration strategy.
In addition to our speaker, the May meeting will include election of officers for the new season beginning in September.
The meeting will be held at the Cincinnati Insurance Companies, 6200 South Gilmore Road, Cincinnati, OH. It includes lunch and starts at 11:30 a.m. The charge is $15 for members, $20 for non-members. DIRECTIONS: From I-71 and from I-75 - Take exit for I-275 westbound to exit 39, Fairfield/Forest Park. Bass Pro Shop is in the mall on the right side. Pass the mall to signal light. Cincinnati Insurance is the tallest building on the same side as the mall. The sign in front of the building reads Cincinnati Financial Corporation. Visitor parking is in front of the building.
