October 2009 Meeting Announcement
E-Discovery in the Real World
Come join us Tuesday, October 13th, for a real world look at the challenges, pitfalls, and costs associated with E-Discovery. After attending this meeting you will be prepared with practical ways you can help your organization avoid making critical mistakes when you are faced with E-Discovery. Our speaker will be Jonathan Adams, President and Co-Founder of SALIX.
Jon has been actively involved in the Cincinnati Chapter of ARMA for the past 6 years and was the Chapter President for the past two years. His experience in records management and litigation support gives him a unique perspective into the challenges that face today’s records managers with respect to litigation and technology.
SALIX is a local litigation support company with over 2500 customers and 12 years of experience. They also have the market's most robust E-Discovery and Forensic Data Collection capabilities. SALIX has provided E-Discovery services to Fortune 500 Companies and the area’s most prestigious law firms and has the war stories to prove it.
The meeting includes lunch and starts at 11:30 a.m. The charge is $15 for members, $20 for non-members. If you wish to attend, please make a reservation with Kay Swisshelm (Kay_Swisshelm@cinfin.com), 513-870-2000, X4777, by Friday, 10/9/2009.
